Klinik – our online appointments system

We use an online enquiry system called Klinik which can be used to request an appointment at the surgery, as well as discussing other issues with the practice. We kindly ask that you use this system rather than phoning us if you are able to.

Appointment requests will be looked at by one of our clinical team. You will then be contacted by text message or telephone. You may sometimes be given advice about self care or advised to discuss your concerns with your local pharmacist. If our clinical team feel that an appointment is necessary, you may be offered either a same day appointment for urgent problems or a routine appointment if it is less urgent.

Klinik can also be used for a range of other request including the following:

Medication requests (although the NHS app is also a good option if you have this).
Admin enquiries - change of details, test results, sick notes and referral advice
Changing or cancelling appointments.
