There are various ways in which patients can give us feedback. Below highlights how you can and shares our latest feedback.

 

GP Patient Survey

This is an annual survey of all General Practices in England, comprising of the same 36 questions across two broad themes; accessing your practice and experience when seeing clinicians. The complete survey for us and any other practice can be found on the dedicated website. GP Patient Survey

Here are some highlights for 2025

77% find the reception and administrative team at this GP practice helpful

89% knew what the next step would be within two days of contacting their

88% say the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to was good at listening to them during their last general practice appointment

91% had confidence and trust in the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to during their last general practice appointment

70% describe their overall experience of this GP practice as good

Klinik Satisfaction

As part of our online consultation process we ask patients to leave feedback on how satisfied they were with the process of submitting an enquiry.

Last month 85% of patients rated their experience as good or very good.

Complaints

Very occasionally we don’t meet expectations and we have a complaints process for this. Please click here for details

In the first quarter of this financial year (April - June 26) We have received 31 complaints.

15 of these were Not Upheld, 8 were Partially Upheld and 8 were Upheld

 This is set against delivering over 45000 appointments.

We added two NEW pathways Mental Health and Physiotherapy

We added a tile where the bestsupport is within the wider NHS system for Women's Health Issues. Neurodiversity and urinary tract infections (UTI) tiles to come.

Klinik is difficult to navigate at times

We Did......

We consolidated tiles, taking six away. We also changed the emphasis to urgent and routine enquiries.

I want to be able to access online consultationsat a time more suitable to me.

We no longer close early to help match demand to available capacity, extending opening times to 8.30am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday
