Bridge View Medical value patient feedback and use any comments to continually review the service we offer.

There are various ways in which patients can send us feedback.

  • Electronically 
  • Verbally 
  • Written

The vast majority of the feedback we receive comes via our text service. Following an appointment patients with mobile phone numbers are sent a message to which they respond to the following question:

'would you recommend us to your friends and family'

 They are then asked to grade us

  •                 Extremely likely to recommend
  •                 Likely to recommend
  •                 Neither
  •                 Unlikely to recommend
  •                 Extremely unlikely to recommend.


Following an appointment with us, 91% of our patients rated the experience ‘Good’ or ‘Very Good’ in August 2023
