GP Patient Survey

This is an annual survey of all General Practices in England, comprising of the same 36 questions across two broad themes; accessing your practice and experience when seeing clinicians. The complete survey for us and any other practice can be found on the dedicated website. GP Patient Survey

After appointments with us across a selection of areas patients are sent a text to rate your experience. This is a NHS feedback tool, see the website here for more details. Friends and Family Test

Klinik Satisfaction

As part of our online consultation process we ask patients to leave feedback on how satisfied they were with the process of submitting an enquiry.

Very occasionally we don’t meet expectations and we have a complaints process for this. Please click here for details

Last month we received 7 complaints of which 1 was Partially Upheld This is set against delivering over 15,000 appointments.
