If you require assistance please contact us and we will complete a Klinik form on your behalf.
During busy periods Klinik may be temporarily closed. If this is the case and the healthcare issue is urgent please call us.

If your appointment is considered urgent, we will arrange for a Healthcare Professional to see or speak to within 24 hours.
You may also visit 111 Online (for people aged 5 and over) or call NHS 111 for general medical advice. For a BSL interpreter see NHS 111 - SignVideo
You alos have the option to visit the Urgent Care Centre, open 7 days a week, 8am- 8pm, including bank holidays. South Bristol Community Hospital, Hengrove Promenade, BS14 0DE - Tel: 0300 124 6260. This is relevant for minor illness, sprains and suspected broken bones.

Routine Appointments
Routine Appointments
Once you have submitted your details we aim to process the request within 5 working days. If we are not able to do this we will inform you and look to place your appointment within the following 5 working days. Our appointments are offered upto 24 days in advance and you will have a consultation with one of our healthcare professionals either face to face at one of the pratices or by phone, depending on the nature of the appointment and your preference.
It’s best practice to make a separate appointment request for every issue and each family member.
If the practice is closed, or it is an emergency
The practice opening hours are Monday Friday 8am – 6.30am. If you have a medical issue outside of these times you have three options.
NHS 111
If you need medical help outside our surgery hours, use NHS 111 online or Call 111. You will be directed to the best place to get help, depending on your medical issue. 111 cannot issue fit notes or book, change or cancel an appointment.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Urgent Care Centre
This is a nurse/paramedic led service relevant for minor illness, sprains and suspected broken bones. The Urgent Care Centre is open 7 days a week, 8am- 8pm, including bank holidays and is located at South Bristol Community Hospital, Hengrove Promenade, BS14 0DE - Tel: 0300 124 6260

Change or cancel an appointment
Change or cancel appointment
If you can no longer make your appointment, or would like to change the time or date, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally with at least a days notice so that your appointment can be offered to someone else and allow them time to attend. We loose 8,000 appointments annually (6%) due to patients not attending appointment.
How to cancel your appointment
- Call 0117 966 9724 select option 1 and leave a message any time during our opening hours. Details required: Full Name, Date and Time of appointment
- Click on ‘cancel an appointment’ tile within Klinik
- Reply to the automatic text message with the word CANCEL
