Book GP Appointments
We have a large team of Clinical Professionals ready to serve your healthcare needs.
In many instances a doctor is not the first point of call, but with many other healthcare professionals available, we aim to get you the right care you need.
Before contacting the surgery to request an appointment we would ask that you consider the following options:
BVM Self-help advice pages
Advice on how you can look after many common illnesses at home.
Pharmacy first
Visit your local pharmacy for advice on minor illnesses.
Make an appointment a new enquiry or amend or cancel: ONLINE
We manage all patient healthcare requests through ‘Klinik’. 85% of patients use this service, it collects the relevant information needed and you complete at your pace and convenience, avoiding waiting in a call queue. It is open 24/7 Monday to Friday for most enquiries. However for appointment and prescription requests it’s 7.30 – 12noon Monday to Friday.
Make an appointment a new enquiry or amend or cancel: Telephone or Walk in
If you are unable to use the online system, or it is closed and the matter is urgent, you can phone us or talk to one of the reception team. They will take your details and complete a Klinik form on your behalf.
If the practice is closed, or it is an emergency
There are three options. Contact NHS 111, visit the Urgent Care Centre, or contact 999. Find out which is most relevant.
Change or cancel an appointment
Let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your planned appointment.
