Self-management for winter wellbeing
Courses to help you manage your health and wellbeing
Self-management interventions, like the Hope Programme, have been proven to improve quality of life for people living with long-term conditions, to reduce health care costs and reduce unnecessary contact with healthcare services.
The Hope Programme offers a range of face-to-face and digital courses, which empower people to manage their health and wellbeing and to flourish in their working and personal lives. The courses are based on positive psychology, mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy and rooted in 25 years of research evidence. There are self-guided courses available over winter, with our group-facilitated course offer returning in the new year.
