Option 1 - NHS 111

We recommend you use NHS 111 online. This is a useful source of advice and can direct you to local services including emergency dental care. You can also phone 111 for medical assistance. This call is free from all phones. The operators can provide basic medical advice but also help to arrange appropriate assistance if required. The service is open 24/7. Option 2 - Urgent Care Centre

This is a nurse/paramedic led service relevant for minor illness, sprains and suspected broken bones. The Urgent Care Centre is open 7 days a week, 8am- 8pm, including bank holidays and is located at South Bristol Community Hospital, Hengrove Promenade, BS14 0DE

Option 3 - 999

If you have chest pain, serious injury or a life threatening emergency always call 999 without delay.
